Ok So I didn't post pictures

But I will I have a video and some pictures and the rest are on my desktop at home, which I am not I am in Eugene right now recovering from surgery, everything went better then expected and I am recovering a lot faster then even I thought, gotta love pain meds, I just think I am doing well because I can't really feel the pain.

Well before Trent and I came down here we have been working on a shed in the backyard. Not a tiny one either 10 x 14 I have pictures and video on this computer with Trent and I working on the floor and me using a nail gun for the first time. This first one obviously of Trent. Trent the tool man went a little crazy at a clients lately and well I think in absolute fear of him with a nail gun in hand let him walk out of the shop with almost every tool a man could imagine, or at least enough to fill the back of his truck until he goes back for round two, so if you need to borrow anything you know who to come to. (It was actually bartering but I like my story better)

Now I am just waiting for my video to download.

On another note for those of you who didn't know I was having surgery. I had a hernia fixed on Tuesday and also I large muscle tear in my abdomen wall were a soft tissue mass was coming through. It didn't feel soft to me and I couldn't take the pain any longer. On a good note I don't think that my tummy muscles have ever been so tight. Gotta love children and what they do to you. I get to go home tomorrow though! Granny flew in tonight and is spending the day with Mika until we pick up the boys and head home.

Trent has been the ultimate caretaker and I don't think I would be doing half as good as I am now without him.

So without further ado hear is me using a nail gun and actually working and as Trent said not shopping.

Long over due update!

It has been a while I know. I have many many excuses for why this blog has not been updated in fact there are so many that I will not bore you with listing them.

We have made it through another crazy taz season yet again. Toward the end of it my friend, Jen ( no i am not referring to myself in the third person) was dropping Mika off at home, I was leaving to go to yet another meeting for a local levy I was helping with and Trent was racing home to get the kids and put them to bed at his office. (last minute cancelation of a baby sitter) She was looking at Trent putting all the kids in the car and asking how many returns he had left, (this was a week before the season ended) and said about 150. She called me on my cell and offered to take all the rugrats to her house, on a school night so I could go and help Trent with returns after my meeting. She was such a lifesaver, we worked until 5:00 am that morning and got through quite a few.

Our big after tax season project has been building a shed in our backyard. This past week we laid the foundation, I learned to use a nail gun (scary I know) and I helped Trent with the first wall and then his brothers showed up and helped him with the other three walls.

Tyler his little brother got a little bored, when they didn't quite need a third set of hands at the time and came in and saved my children's little lives. They had broken the playstation 2, (which was only 3 months old, we had gotten the slimmer one to replace the big one that was having some issues) and I was about to go raid their piggy banks and go buy a new one. He asked if he could take it apart since I was just going to chuck it and was able to fix something that had come loose. Needless to say all their movies and games are under lock and key and they have to ask an adult from now on to watch or touch any of them.

Now it is time to go to church. I will add more updates with pictures after.
